How to calculate your home inspection prices?

Total building area:

Up to 1,200 sqft            $295.00
1,201 to 1,500 sqft       $315.00
1,501 to 2,000 sqft       $345.00
2,001 to 3,000sqft        $385.00
3,001 to 4,000sqft        $465.00
4,001 and up call for a quote.

Other structures not attached to the home can be included for additional fees.

Example:  A two storey home c/w partially finished basement and attached garage. 

Main building size 20x40; attached garage 22x28.

Main level:                   20x40 = 800 sf
Upper level:                 20x40 = 800 sf
Finished basement:     20x20 = 400 sf
Garage:                       22x28 = 616 sf

Total building area to be inspected:  2616 sf therefore inspection fee is $385.00
